With a stately terrace for al-fresco feasting on the banks of the Thames, an opulent Champagne and crustacean bar and a glittering dining hall set across two floors. Smartly waistcoated staff are prepped to weave among sweeping banquettes of linen-clad tables, bearing silver platters to awaiting guests – at Scott’s the service is as exceptional as the food.
