Our story began in 1952 with a Bonne Bouche shop in South Kensington. Rolf Biller later took on the shop in the mid-1960s, baking traditional bread and crafting cakes onsite. Having worked as a master baker and patissier in Germany and Switzerland, and with a flair for developing products, Rolf grew the business. A dedicated bakery was set up in Fulham, further shops were opened in West London, and the wholesale business expanded.
Bonne Bouche has been providing high quality handmade baked goods to customers in London and the South East.
Nowadays, our range of products are handmade by our team of 15 dedicated staff, in our bakery in Perivale. We have several shops and cafes across London serving filled baguettes, quiches, pastries, cakes, gateaux and biscuits. Our top-selling nougat twists and almond twists are among the many products uniquely developed by owner Rolf Biller.
