Transcendental Meditation: Info and Q+A session

About

This session is FREE and provided by Maharishi Foundation which has provided instruction in Transcendental Meditation for 60 years. It is not a taster session. You will find out what benefits science has shown it brings for the brain, mental ability, physical health, emotional well-being and relationships, and the wider community.
Find out:
- How Transcendental Meditation (TM) differs significantly from other forms of meditation
- Why it is so easy that children do it without difficulty and you'll be doing it successfully after your first 1-hour individual, in-person instruction
- The special quality of rest that it provides by enabling a natural, built-in physiological response and how this differs from other types of rest
- What results you can realistically expect and in what time frame
- What exactly the technique is and why it works
- How and where can learn locally
- Life-long support and regular optional meetings both in person and online
- Retreats can turbo-charge your inner development and growth of happiness and wisdom
- Get to know other like-minded relaxed people!
