The Italian Family Feast – Supper Club
Join Nico and Teresa for their first supper club "The Italian Family Feast" presented and created by Italy at yours at ETNA Community Centre.
Their aim is to transport you to the heart of Italy, where family, food, and tradition converge in a celebration of culinary delights. Inspired by the warmth and conviviality of Italian gatherings, they invite you to join this gastronomic journey to share unforgettable moments with them.
The Italian Family Feast Menu:
❖ The journey starts with "Antipasto di Montagna": an appetiser including a selection of cured meats, mature cheeses, grilled vegetables, and other Italian delicacies.
❖ To conclude the appetizer selection "La Zuppa dell'Orto della Nonna": a rustic soup with chickpeas and Tuscan Cavolo Nero.
❖ This is followed by a First main Pasta course, "Pasta di Zio Mimmo": Paccereri with courgette pesto, pistachio and crispy prosciutto.
❖ The Second main course will be based on Italian-style baked roast, with a side of potatoes and salad.
❖ To end the evening on a sweet note, Strawberry Panacotta.
