Boost your physical and mental wellbeing with the centuries-old Chinese martial art, Tai chi.

Tai chi is a moderate exercise composed of a series of flowing movements.

During the session, learn standing meditation, joint loosening exercises, and two traditional Tai chi movement routines to strengthen your mind and body.  

Take time for yourself with a unique chance to develop a skill in a beautiful outdoor setting at Kew. 

You are welcome to book an individual session or a block of six sessions at a reduced rate.
