About

25 July - 1 September

Get outside and connect with nature this summer at the London Wetland Centre.

Embark on an epic family adventure this summer holidays. From pond dipping to creative workshops and interactive storytelling, we have your school holidays covered!

Key highlights:
Monday Myths: Every Monday at 11.30 and 2.30, join storyteller Olivia Armstrong for interactive storytelling sessions based on folktales and world myths, exploring and celebrating the lives and habitats of the amazing plants and animals that call Wetlands home.
Wednesday Workshops: Back by popular demand! This summer, as part of our Words for Wetlands theme, we are inviting visitors to connect to nature through the power of words. Every Wednesday we will be offering FREE creative family workshops, from making your own ink quill pen to writing poetry. Check back here soon for more details
Summer Postcard Trail: Nine postcards, one epic adventure. Pick up your trail map from admissions and jet off on a first-class adventure. Every day during summer holidays.
You can also enjoy:

Pond Dipping - daily sessions 11 am and 2 pm
Otter Talks - daily at 11 am and 2 pm
Mud Kitchen - get stuck in! Open all day.
