Charith is committed to redefining and elevating perceptions of Sri Lankan cuisine by showcasing it’s rich and unique diversity beyond the commonly associated “rice and curry” stereotype. This dining experience will celebrate and explore the nuanced flavours and regional specialties of this unsung cuisine that is a complex multicultural fusion of Sinhalese, Tamil, Dutch, Malay, Portuguese and English influences.
