An intuitive art journey exploring the abstract nature of menopause.
Through mark-making, you will journal your thoughts and emotions, creating a personal diary to keep. This process helps us understand our individual experiences, fostering balance, kindness, and self-nurture.

Thursday April 3rd - 15th May | 7pm - 8.15pm
