About

Wine production in Tuscany dates back to the Etruscans, the region's earliest settlers and is one of the oldest wine regions in Europe. It has many DOCs and DOCGs within its geographical borders and is also the home of the "Super-Tuscans". On the hills, inland, Sangiovese is king with Chianti being one of the most famous appellations of the area. On the coast, up and coming Maremma is known for its 'Super Tuscans', the rising stars of the region, and home to delicious whites made with Vermentino.

Join us for a relaxed evening and sample four delightful wines including their classic Chianti Classico Fonterutoli, a refreshing Vermentino di Maremma, a charming Morellino di Scanzano, and their inspiring Super Tuscan Philip, a tribute to their ancestor who was a political thinker, American Patriot and a friend of Thomas Jefferson. Canapés will accompany the tasting.
