Join us for an extraordinary culinary experience this Black History Month with none other than Masterchef The Professionals and former Bingham Riverhouse chef, Victor Okunowo.
Nigerian born - London raised chef Victor Okonuwo started off his career honing his skills in the kitchens of Galvin La Chapple, Gautier, Chiltern Firehouse - and here at The Riverhouse. He then headed up Stork in Mayfair and Talking Drum; dedicated to exploring techniques that are prominent in West African cooking while also redefining flavours from the four forners of Africa and presenting those stories through various dishes.
