Robert Lindsay

About

In conversation with a special guest, the legendary BAFTA, Laurence Olivier, and Tony award-winning actor will delve behind the scenes as he discusses stories from his extensive career. Starting with the groundbreaking sitcom that catapulted him to fame, Robert will share his memories of playing Wolfie Smith on Citizen Smith, the cultural phenomenon that reflected the social and political landscape of the 1970s.

He will explore the creation of one of Britain's favourite TV families on My Family, recounting how the sitcom shaped British TV comedy for a new generation. And for newer fans, Robert expands upon the whimsical world of Galavant, playing the hilariously villainous Chester Wormwood.

As Robert puts it, “acting allows you to live a thousand lives in one lifetime.” Don’t miss the chance to explore his many lives in an exclusive audience with one of the most versatile and celebrated actors of our time. You'll have the opportunity to ask your own questions and, who knows, maybe even witness a performance or two from Robert himself.
