Ham House Interior

About

Get into the festive spirit with a visit to Ham House, sumptuously decorated in gold and gilded splendour for Christmas 2024. Take in twinkling candlelight and fairy lights, Christmas trees and aromatic greenery as you discover the stunning Stuart interiors. A spectacular sugar banquet, made by our volunteers, will also be on display.

House open 12-4 daily (last entry 3.30) and gardens 10-4 (last entry 3.30).

Family fun – inside and out!

- Enjoy family-friendly activities on two trails – one inside the 17th-century house and another around the gardens, including the maze-like Wilderness.

- Join in with some carol singing on selected weekends in the run up to Christmas.

Have a festive feast

- Our Orangery Café (open 10-4 daily) is the perfect spot to catch up with family and friends over festive treats and warming drinks.

Christmas shopping

- Find a special gift for friends and family in our shop. Open 10.30-3.30, visit to browse artisan gifts, festive accessories, sweet treats and more.

- A National Trust membership is the gift that keeps giving. Ask any team member to find out more about gifting a membership this Christmas, creating future memories throughout the year to remember forever.
