Meet Pascal

When Pascal retired he was looking for something to do like volunteering and came across VisitRichmond – he chose to volunteer with us as he enjoys communicating and because Richmond is a place he loves and he wanted to share his appreciation for it with others. He has been volunteering for close to 15 years and had the pleasure of directing so many people to the wonderful sites around Richmond, from the green to Richmond Hill, Kew Gardens to the Riverside.

Richmond is full of attractions for the visitors including the lanes which are delightful to walk through.

“Of course I enjoy heading to the green, going up the hill and down to the river and we have a variety of restaurants and shops.”

Pascal believes that Richmond station is the hub with its well connected trains to Central London and various bus connections – “You’re really at the heart of Ricmond” he proclaims. He especially enjoys it on especially on Rugby match days when the boisterous crowds with good cheer come in and hes able to direct and help them reach Twickenham Stadium.
