Welcome to Better Gym Teddington, a friendly and affordable gym located on Broad Street, above the Tesco Superstore.  Our light and airy gym offers top-of-the-range facilities and our friendly fitness team is always on-hand to make sure you enjoy and get the most from your workout. 

Work out your way across the dedicated cardio, strength, resistance and functional training areas with 70+ gym stations.  Our multipurpose studio offers a variety of fitness classes such as Legs Bums & Tums, Group Cycle, Yoga and Pilates.  We also run high-energy training classes for small groups in the functional training zone; including HIIT, Core Conditioning  and Circuit Training and after your workout why not relax in the mixed Spa area which boasts a Sauna and a Steam Room?   So pop in for a tour today and see for yourself everything we have to offer. 

We offer no contract memberships for adults and juniors. Our Junior Gym membership is for 11-15 year olds and gives access to the gym during specified after-school and weekend supervised time slots. Our friendly team of Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers are ready to help you start your fitness journey, or even take your training to the next level.
