About

SIFT BAKES & BREWS was born out of a necessity, a passionate desire and a newly acquired drive to share our love with our community. Through our appreciation for fine foods and drink, our admiration for the arts, the magnificence of nature and the sanctity of the global family, we wanted to create a space that we would be able to invite the community to come and celebrate these qualities together.

The seed of this venture came from our cultural upbringing, which was born in the richness of the Mediterranean region of our glorious planet, Cyprus.

We were taught and guided to bring our separate resources together, which would benefit the family group. By being open and willing to share, we learnt that we are able to receive riches and moments of joy that you could never achieve alone.
