About

Everyone has a camera or camera phone these days, and whether at home or off on a big trip, we love to take pictures of ourselves, landscapes, buildings and animals.

If you'd like to take better wildlife shots, this workshop led by professional wildlife photographer Nick Dale is perfect for you—and a wonderful way to spend a Saturday morning!

Being at the London Wetland Centre means you'll be surrounded by wonderful photo opportunities, including an otter feeding at 1100. Keeping the group numbers small ensures lots of one-to-one time with Nick, so whether it's technical knowledge, familiarity with your equipment or rules of composition, he can answer all your questions.

Nick will start by giving a wildlife photography presentation in the café. You'll then spend a couple of hours together taking pictures, and he'll review your work and wrap everything up back in the café. There's even a prize for whoever takes the best photo!

The workshop price includes a full day's admission to the Wetlands Centre, so feel free to spend more time practising your new-found skills after the session is over.

Nick Dale is a professional wildlife photographer, taking pictures in 25 countries on all seven continents and winning various awards including the Sunday Times/Audley Travel Big Shot.
