Walking Football sessions has started at Hampton Rangers for everyone in the 50, 60 and 70 year old age groups. Come and try it - its great fun, meet new people, and improve your health and wellbeing at the same time. Sessions take place every Friday at 3pm on our new 3G pitch, just turn up or contact Hampton Rangers for more information. The first month is free (small charge thereafter) and tea and coffee will be provided. We're planning to start a further 7pm session in the coming weeks as well. Come and join us.
