The Mayor of Richmond, Cllr. Richard Pyne will unveil a fifth new information board about our twin towns in Ham Parade as a prelude to the Reaffirmation which will be hosted by Richmond from 6th-8th June. There will be music, flags & bunting to celebrate the occasion.
