Pete Rees & The Connection: The Connection is a collaboration of some of the UK’s best known blues & soul artists. The band’s vocalist is Paul Cox, (Paul Rogers, Gary Brooker, John Slaughter Blues Band), whose soulful approach to the blues has gained him a reputation as one of Britain’s finest Blues/Soul Singers. Together with acclaimed bassist and band leader Pete Rees who has worked and toured worldwide with a vast array of well-known musicians including Gary Moore & Vic Martin, Mike Summerfield provides cutting edge guitar having gained a reputation as one of the best guitarists on the British scene today (Blodwyn Pig, Georgie Fame, William Bell). The drum seat is filled by popular London based drummer Wez Johnson whose tour credits include Kirk Fletcher, Katie Bradley and David Knopfler among others.

The musical experience and energy of the four members of The Connection highlight some of the very best of the classic soul repertoire showcasing well known covers as well as new arrangements of numbers by much loved blues and soul artists.

Tickets are £14 in advance (£16 OTD) and can be purchased via the ‘Get Tickets’ button or by texting / calling the BOX OFFICE on 07770 636303. Doors at 7 and show at around 8:30 and should be another cracker and we can’t wait… KEEPING IT LIVE!
