Schools Concert - A Portrait of Pepys

About

The Schools Concert is the culmination of a creative project with local primary schools during which the children help create a piece that they perform during the Festival. St Paul’s School are involved in workshops in the schools in advance of the school choirs all coming together for this concert.

The festival theme is celebrated, with an informative portrait of St Paul’s alumnus Samuel Pepys composed by Mark Wilderspin. Songs inspired by literature, including from Roald Dahl’s Matilda and Charles Dickens’ Oliver, bring character and collaborative fun to the concert!
