The Feldenkrais Method® is a somatic education that uses gentle movement and directed attention to help people learn new and more effective ways of moving to live better, to discover freedom.
The class takes place lying, sitting on a chair or standing. I will guide you verbally into movement, like a riddle.
You will rediscover your innate capacity for graceful and efficient movement. You will learn to move more powerfully with less effort, increase your range of motion, improve your coordination, and enhance your sensitivity to discover greater comfort.
