About

Stories of Dreams – Adult Creative Writing Workshop

Reimagine your future self.

Many of us can find ourselves getting swept up in the daily rituals of modern busy life, or unnerved when having to deal with uncertainty and an 'unknown' future. We can easily go into overwhelm, fear, experience loneliness, lose our way or sense of purpose.

In this creative 'journaling' writing workshop, storyteller Natalie Cooper will help guide you to reset and write your future narrative, filled with realistic goals, hopes and optimistic dreams.

Press 'pause'.

Here, in among the London Wetland Centre, we get to press the 'pause' button, take a moment to breathe and feel the stillness of nature to calm our nervous system. Rediscover a new pathway forward and feel rejuvenated by nature.

Led by Natalie Cooper - local storyteller and author of 'Forest Whispers – retreat in nature'.

Location: Courtyard Pagoda
Time: 10:15 am - 3-hour session includes a mindfulness walk
Price: £35 including admissions to the Centre
What to bring: Please bring your own journal or writing pad and pens.
