Why Study with Me?
As an experienced Garden Designer I will help you gain the skills you need to create a beautiful, sustainable wildlife garden with confidence. After working in the field for many years, I now offer a wonderful Planting Design Service, where I put my expertise of plants into practice, creating gorgeous gardens for my clients. I want to share my extensive plant knowledge with you, helping you choose stunning plant combinations which will thrive in the conditions of your garden. I have mentored many garden professionals who want to build confidence with their own plant knowledge, and I have taught many people about different elements of garden design, plant choices, and creating sustainable gardens. I trained at the renowned Capel Manor College in London, and I have completed my training in Permaculture Design and Engaging Children in Permaculture, which beautifully supports my passion for growing food and creating sustainable gardens that support our native wildlife. I guarantee you will have a rich learning experience as I pass on my expert knowledge to you.

• Using Trees as a Habitat, Shelter & Food Source for Wildlife: Uncover the vital role trees play in a garden, supporting a huge amount of wildlife

 

• Explore the top trees to include in your garden to support our native wildlife, and create a beautiful focal point which will add interest across the seasons

 

• How to Create a Woodland Garden: By mimicking the conditions of our natural environment, we can create a haven for wildlife at home

 

• Uncover stunning woodland plant combinations which are perfect for those tricky shady spots in your garden

 

• How to Soften Hard Landscaping with Plants: Fill your garden will an abundance of lush planting, creating green walls and softening the cracks between paving stones.
