Zipped toiletries bag

About

Take your machine sewing to the next level by coming along to our fun Sunday afternoon workshop and learning how to make a zipped toiletries bag.

In this 3 1/2 hour workshop with expert teacher, Cornelia Costeanu, you'll be taken through all the steps to create your own personalised bag, including learning how to insert zips into your work.

If you've attended one of our beginners' workshops, or have rusty sewing skills you're keen to revive, this is the perfect workshop for you!

Don't worry if you don't have a machine of your own, as we can lend you one (for a small hire fee of £10). However, we do recommend that you bring your own machine if you have one, as Cornelia can then be on hand to help you familiarise yourself with its features.

All materials and lots of coffee, tea and cake are included.

Cornelia Costeanu is a very experienced and well-known instructor, having been teaching sewing to both adults and children for over 10 years. With a degree in interior design, she is passionate about recycling, vintage fashion and is rather addicted to her sewing machines (currently owning 7!).

"Fantastic workshop. Well instructed, great fabrics and really therapeutic and enjoyable"
